Join this workshop led by Chef Fatima Juarez as part of the Hammer’s Breathe exhibition. Explore the fundamental differences between criollo corn and genetically modified corn, focusing on the importance of conserving Mexican criollo corn and its biodiversity. You will also learn how to make tlacoyos with criollo corn dough, a traditional treat that highlights the richness and authenticity of this ancestral ingredient. Availability is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis, with a sign-up sheet available in the museum lobby starting one hour before the program.

Program Director Joon Lee will introduce the UCLA Extension Technical Management Program (TMP), a unique, week-long, intensive and transformative program for new and senior managers in various technical fields, from engineering and IT to game development and beyond.
